Monty and rainfall

    has anyone heard or know whether the area at Monty construction site has been affected by any rainfall events over the last month - i have not been really watching where all the rains have been, but it would be one of the things that could delay the progress for a month if serious, and no news from either camp - last ann 12 jan.
