farmer did you report them?? I'm not a mod anymore but you do the math. Look at the latest post page. there are a 100 posts there. From the one at the bottom to the one at the top only 8 minutes has elapsed. So that's 100 posts every 8 minutes every day, all day , 7 days a week (well maybe less through the night).
How on earth would you expect a volunteer mod to sit there dedicating their entire lives to vetting every single HC post. That is why there is a report post button.
Whether there has been any relaxation of rules since my mod days I cannot say but generally speaking people should take note of the above maths and realize that it's not possible to monitor the site without the assistance of ordinary posters reporting breaches.
