The tech is underwritten by one of the largest engineering firms in the world (KBR). So whilst I can see people on the outside being nervous, I am more than comfortable with the fact that industry insiders do not see any risk in that regard. Indeed the tech was also confirmed as 'fit for purpose' by Worley Parsons when the Fisherman's Landing project in Gladstone was being planned before we had that now infamous gas supply issue.
My personal concern would be that The Ant is an unproven entity and only a small part of a lengthy supply/delivery chain. The industry is dominated by big players, many of which offer the full vertical integration package. If I was a buyer I'd like to be completely certain that the project is going to happen, and there are always question marks with new players. Mind you I am not in the market of 6mtpa of gas (not unless my BBQ needs grow considerably), hence my due diligence on the matter is limited.
Thx Timbo, another great ferret. Your enthusiasm is always appreciated.
