    Sadly not the case pano, common sense tells us it should work that way but they'll approach the insots and dial them into the deal. They'll (the instos) basically get to assist in the ripping off of the mum and dads shareholders. Pretty certain they won't give me a call and ask for my opinion. It's just the way corporate business works. The instos were in on the Santos deal also, they got a seat at the table; the deal grossly understates STO's real worth. For example, STO reported a break even oil price of ~$USD31 per barrel in the last quarterly, the deal put to shareholders had the valuation based on costs of oil production at $70+ per barrel, how did cost increase so dramatically in one quarter?? Answer is they didn't, it's creative accounting to suit the end case.

    I'm not saying we WILL be taken over, but if we do, don't expect a big money pot, it isn't going to happen. Certainly not @ $2
