Few comments on a brief look.

1. I think were looking real optimistic for a 6mt plant from the get go (says the guy that thought a 40mt+ JORC was way too optimistic). Im assuming more like 2 - 3mt. Then maybe looking to do what TAW are doing and building another if/when feasible.

2. Strip ratio for open pit is likely to be 8-9 I think. Obviously underground is relatively close to 1.

3. I assume you have just issued new shares to fund capex?
