That law site was accessible yesterday but seems to be pay walled now. Mozambique law requires an in country company to hold the mining concession - Suni Resources being Bat Mins Mozambique holding company. That Mozambique company name and the tenement/concession number is in previous Bat Mins announcements.

Agreed re the translation, but as I say, that portal has added the date granted and status change I mentioned.

I included a question mark on my comment re Concession approved on 22 February. I suspect this indicates it's had final administrative OK and just needs final sign-off. But I speculate.

I asked for Battery Mineral's comment on this in an email late yesterday but haven't heard back.
