Yes it has been on a downtrend, they have a major debt problem. The new CEO, has been on board about a year and is trying to set the company right. Making all the hard decisions and trying to clean them up.
They hit $1.06 late last year, now that was a buy, unfortunately I sold out about $1.30, way to early.
Their big problem is debt, the company makes mega $ and J.Moller is doing all he can to cut cost and eliminate debt. It wont be long before ADZ becomes a cash cow once again.
