    Inner Mongolia 860t in January against Nth RE expanded metals capacity 12ktpa.

    Based on operating numbers from last November that would suggest virtually 100% of Nth RE's NdPr production is being consumed internally.

    Go figure where the NdPr is going to come from, bearing in mind "others" have been dispersed across Big 6:
