Perhaps it was simpler to let TiGenix proceed as a licensee, either they or Takeeda were taking care of EU and European approvals, which SI has recently said were not simple. The other perspective is limited funds for trials, perhaps they figure those currently in P3 were worth more, perhaps not aGVHD but the others are supposed to be somewhere in the blockbuster league.

Note that Cx611 no longer has any text in the arrow. I believe I recall they were discontinuing development in mid December.
The only other product is a "Licensing or divestment candidate"
That leaves one product, Cx601 which is covered under the licensing agreement.
I do not know the Takeeda business strategy, nor have I read the Takeeda take over bid info.
