Global partner by proxy though actually a licensee. TiGenix have global rights, keeping the EU to themselves as I understand it. If Takeeda proceeds with the acquisition of TiGenix they gain rights to the rest of the world.
The IP was licensed early December 2017, later that month TiGenix announced it would become their primary focus, in early or mid January Takeeda announced their desire to take over Tigenix.
MSB get another milestone payment for approval I would guess and on-going royalties if the product is released. It is a very tight license, only for the treatment of one indication of that one disease.
