There's about 20 major transport projects on the go in and around Melb. They would need 200 major projects just to keep pace. You can actually feel the difference in traffic by the month.
70% of the nations population growth in Melbourne alone. That's about 150,000 people added last year. I don't know how many new cars that means. Most of inner-middle Melbourne isn't capable of making new roads or carparks. It's fixed. But they just keep pumping out those apartment blocks. Just goes to show who runs the place, doesn't it?
