Moved to Bellarine Peninsula eight years ago & now retired. Now have Ferry direct to Docklands should you need to go to Melbourne . Looking across the bay to Melbourne is a close as I need to be unless visiting family and friends .
Geelong has all we need and very little traffic .
Melbourne no longer the place to be unless you have no choice.
Geelong & region booming - presume many others want out if Melbourne or have been priced out.
