    IMO the granting of tennements will not cause a re rating and would already be factored into the price somewhat.
    An international IPO for a world class (possibly the largest) high grade vanadium deposit will most certainly re rate AEE.
    The vanadium sector is smoking hot right now so lets get amongst it
