Class actions have third party funders who take all the risk.
They don't risk their money unless they clearly see a legitimate case.
If they are correct the SH get damages and then and only then do the third party funders get back what they pay plus a profit.
If the 3rd party funders lose then they pay all of their own costs and RFG's costs.
I can see that you hold shares and have a buy sentiment. That's great for you but for all the SH who have lost money because RFG didn't act lawfully (if that is what's found) then they deserve to be compensated.
A CA can achieve this.
