Ive been a long term holder of GWR, so its easy for me to get emotional with your post, but i wont.
I dont actually disagree that MAYBE GWR isnt worth 32c, maybe it is, maybe its worth more. What i do know for sure, is your simple maths shows a little inexperience. I wont go over each line or even what is missing. What i will say is that your valuation of GWR's holding in TGN is essentially assuming that TGN is only worth ~50c. You havent considered any further upside for that - or downside LOL.
