    Benjamin Graham's old words about the market being a short term voting machine and a long term weighing machine come to mind (yet again).

    For whatever reason, WA-based miners with resources located onshore seem to be the flavour of month. Maybe those in the market right now see anything based in Africa as being too hard or too risky?
