More likely I think it may be central banks trying to offload their balance sheets and then stopping because the markets cant take them. At an organised time around the world by the look of it.
Every time the US fed attempts to offload some the market tanks and then they have to save it again.
The US feds balance sheet shows they tried to offload and then had to spend more pumping it back up.
