Proteomics International remains engaged with a number of potential strategic partners to bring the
PromarkerTM technology to market in Australia and overseas. The Company is also finalising
negotiations with potential underwriters of the PIQO Options to take any shortfall that may arise
after the expiry date of 31 March 2018. It is possible that announcements may be made in the
foreseeable future which could influence the price of PIQ Shares and PIQO Options.
