Today is the third time management has noted that an announcement may be forthcoming that could impact the price of the shares and options. The last day of options trading is 23rd March. To positively impact the price of the options, an announcement must be made no later than 23rd March. Liquidity is thin. Perhaps management should advise shareholders of what they will be doing with their options. I am sure underwriters of options will be wanting to know that management will excercise.
