Is it also a fact that substantial geothermal activity has been noted in west Antactica in recent times.

So the reality is, that any melting in the West Antarctic is likely related to increased geothermal activity.
Further, ice shelves have to calve at some point, they cannot continue to grow indefinitely. We would never have known in the past when that occurred, it is only with technology that we now see these things happen.

The fact that sea level rise has not been increasing over much longer term rates must be of concern to the alarmist fools.
