    Believe it or not dev is actually set up for another run just hoping like hell it does not happen until shortfall expires...they have enough cash placement was way to big at lows ...800million shares can deal with and higher prices means less dilutiom....till this day l cannot understand why the need to raise 3million at low
    Instead of stages...anyway
