All my opinion and a "maybe" scenario:
Harmanis is resistant to any SFR offer at this time, at least he laughed at whatever number they threw at him.
SFR then released the hounds of death on the TLM share price, enlisting one or more broker types to sell this mofo down and keep it on the canvas. This continues, and it's possibly become somewhat personal IMHO.
This has brought us to where we are today - 20c.
I do expect that at some point, Kerry will release his own horsemen of the apocalypse, and buy up stock until those brokers simply have nothing left to sell.
At that time he might talk turkey with SFR, but if it's become personal perhaps he gives them the big GFC and instructs management to pay a special divvy So he can have his pound of flesh?
How else does this play out from here?
