It would be difficult for GF as well.
They have to be out of the picture for 2 yrs before they can act unless the GOR board approves an offer and I don't think the board will approve any offer right now unless it's just too damn good to refuse.
The lacklustre share price in recent times does really nag at me though.
If anyone is going to move on GOR (which I doubt atm) then you would expect it to be soon.
