If India or any company are on the hunt for lithium in South America. (Argentina) there is no reason for them to offer LRS an OT agreement or a JV when for a few million dollars it would be easy to buy up large parcels of shares on the open market as we saw early this year when there were over 1 billion traded in a day and the price did not move to high.
Once over 51% they would control the board and all land holdings,replace management and off they go,I am sure the Argentine Gov would be happy with a new get up and go crew to really develop their countries lithium resources
