    I agree MYR is pretty well priced for reward. Downside is clearly a failure of the board to continue to meet debt and lease obligations.

    Upside is takeover or to be able to trade out of the current downturn

    The footprint is significant and online sales are rising fast

    $300m market cap at 40 cents for this giant with high short positions and constant negative media is a classic case of how Buffett puts it buying when others are fearful
