I think Myer needs to change strategy. They cannot obviously compete in low value price conscious market as these sales are shifting online. Myer need to have a more premium collection that is not price sensitive and whose customers need service. Perhaps reduced stores may not be a bad idea. Simultaneously they need to invest in an online offering for value products. The current website is substandard and needs upgrade , including customer support
