True story, I went out Saturday night to an open air John Butler concert. My wife (of more than 10 years) and I were parked on a blanket next to 2 young couples - I can only describe the guys as young surfer dudes. Great concert but I had a spicy chicken burger from one of the mood vans there, and half way through the concert when the vibe was really good and it had already gotten dark, I started to feel the ramifications of the chicken burger. What the hell, I thought, the music is loud and its dark, I'll just let it out. Nobody heard it, but after a minute my wife turned to me with her face scrunched up and commented on the sudden smell. Unfortunately I couldn't hide a wry smile and she promptly told me off and then she was over it. However we noticed that the 2 young couples were in discussion all of a sudden, and it looked distinctly like the 2 girls were questioning their boyfriends as to whether they were the guilty party. One of the young guys, who had been clowning around all evening, couldn't seem to convince them he hadn't done it, and his girlfriend decided to shake him off and give him the cold shoulder. It took about 10-15 minutes before the freeze thawed and he seemed to be forgiven - for something he hadn't done! I confess I did feel a little guilty, but hey, I got away with it.

    Cheers, Sharks
