Have some cash prepared.

Street Talk have an article that VOC will do a cap raise - according to Macquarie. This is just speculation by a bank, not actually any more rumours about low ball offers etc.

Macquarie seem to think if the offer is above $328M that Vocus will take it. That seems a bit low to me, but I'm assuming that is what the market is now pricing.
