    What was the reason the Vic Government presented to the court for their refusal to allow LKO
    to produce oil by convential drilling?
    I assume they would need to convince the court convential drilling would seriously harm the environment.
    From what I understand there is no proof.
    Therefore LKO should be granted substantial damages for four years of lost production
