If LKO doesn't go sweet, we are also okay. I mean they are worth literally nothing as they stand and are fighting for their right to merely exisit. What the court case, more than anything provides is the opportunity for all mining companies to stick it to the government. If they win, the field (should) be open for all conventional gas drillers to return to business. At best LKO will walk away with 4 billion dollars and their legal rights to continue exploration. At worst the walk away with nothing and the SP stays he same. In terms of DHR it's a win win. We got a gold field for the sum of $1 and we live to fight another day. I'll be watching with keen eyes (disclaimer I have taken my stake in LKO)
