I am more of the opinion that if the court had determined there was no case to argue and that the VIC government acted within the law the case would have been summarily dismissed before trial.
That said i've seen first hand where a judge has granted leave to put a case forward and then hand down a one sided decision in the case of the defendant.
However, i'm hopeful this matter is getting the attention it needs. So decision will most likely come after easter in my opinion.
