To my knowledge LKO have done nothing wrong whereas it seems clear that the Vic Government have cancelled a contract contrary to their initial approval which has caused loss/expense /and loss of future earnings for LKO.
The extra time it is taking to arrive at a judgement is due to the Judge trying to unravel any illegal activity, collusion or pure skullduggery.
Therefore the more time it takes the more the Judge has to unravel . IMO.
