I don’t think it does. Bauxite side becomes operational then people wouldn’t even be thinking this. From meeting Andrew long ago at Sydney Hemp expo one of the initial conversations he had with Pnina was around land rehabilitation and mop crops. I would like to see hemp side of the business interact with bauxite side. Basically when they remove the top soil to mine bauxite they then need to restore top soil and natural habitat. Sometimes land regeneration can take a long time because the soil isn’t as fertile and can sometimes be toxic. I see hemp as the solution to this. It absorbs the toxins and then keeps soil fertile. Not sure what they then do with this hemp.. industrial uses? But they remove the hemp plants and return native plants into this fertile soil. Anyway therestonnes of mining sites and tonnes of abandoned mines that take years to regenerate. I’d be focusing some energy in developing this. So much opportunity here and around the world and it would paint such a positive light on the company and be amazing for the environment.

Anyway another environmental issue we have comes from disposable nappies. If they had a biodegradable nappy and perhaps a drop of site where people could send this waste and then this also gets used in places like mines where the hemp is then planted on top. Over time the waste could become valuable compost and it would help solve environmental issues.. anyway that’s what I’m thinking..
