Given that we have broken through the 6c floor on the charts today for the first time in a while, and the next stop seems to be 4c, what would be the impact of an announcement within the next 6 months in that environment.
The environment I am betting on is a stabilising zinc price (happening already), other competitors appearing (already), increasingly volatile and falling sharemarket (already and plenty of other evidence to support future volatility), and a decreasing to stabilising IBG share price. My gut feel is a muted rally (given that it will still be a low cap non producer in uncertain times), and with a base around the 4c mark, then maybe a rally to 8-12c ?
