Operate based on hope Vs reality.
I was looking at the financials released the other day. Revenue was less than $1m despite the fact many states have already approved edencrete. Also employee costs are almost $4m. I wonder how much longer we would operate based on hope that sales will start happening soon. I wonder if it would be more practical to reduce employees until such time that traction strengthens. If much of the employee costs are just salaries, we’re really operating with a big belly. Given we’re already in a position to produce so much edencrete, dot’s should be confident of having enough supply if we would concentrate only in a few of them. We are trying to attack the entire continent with so little ammunition. I’m just wondering whethe GS should change tact.
-reduce costs AT ALL COST
-focus the attack on Georgia and Texas, set a tent at their offices and beg for orders day in day out, and when they take notice and showcase to the entire continent the benefits (come on guys, let’s be humble, start begging for PO’s)
-make them salivate with missed savings and efficiency, residents road satisfaction etc etc
-once these 2 states have steady flow of orders, other states will follow as we expand
-surely we cannot provide enough supply from the Colorado plant if every state that has approved use of edencrete will start using the product on their big projects
-we seem to be dreaming too big at present imho
I’m raising the above for positive and violent reactions because the missus asked me not to buy shares here again but I insisted and I’m very much in red again. She’s worked in govt dept of public works and has seen the extent of red tape and corruption hence the discouragement.
Shoot me if you wish but if we’re producing and cannot sell, I think we should do something and stop begging for money, but rather beg for PO’s. Cheers
