If you look at SOL's Balance sheet in the half year it states that Cash and cash equivalents are $519 million. However, they are in pockets so NHC actually has $353 million in cash. I have not checked how they consolidate NHC so that may well mean that they take the whole amount into the balance sheet and then put the 50% under minority interests in equity.

I suspect that is correct so around $166 million is theirs then add the building they sold $100 million less tax etc.

Probably do have around $1.00 per share in cash they have total control over...
