So if Bristol Myers are going to do a counter bid, I'm guessing it'll be within the next couple of weeks.

Are they likely to push the sp above the $1.75 mark before, so as to make the Merck offer look less attractive?

I've never held a stock during a bidding war, so I'm not really sure how these things normally pan out.
