Not sure if it has already been noted, but the Tipsly-app.com website has been updated again,

It appears to be similar to the original big review tv app, allowing consumers search and view videos as well as upload their own reviews.

This update has removed any mention of earning points/uber credits.  This would have been an interesting integration, as I don't believe I have seen any other company offer uber credits (apart from the typical "get X off your first ride").
