That’s quite an allegation. It would mean bigs detailed response on fcc financing to ASX was a lie. And FCC would have seen that immediately and choked on their cornflakes when reading it.

You are essentially saying there is no swapping in as not necessary as FCC believed money was advanced to big for video only on legally binding acceptance ie the customer has agreed to pay. Before seeing and accepting the video?

As for spin Ive had a few posts on big and though my opinions or attempts to fill in missing pieces or draw conclusions may end up being either correct or misplaced as full clarification comes out - i think you’ll find they are at least impartial.
