My point is that FCC knew more than we did as shareholders. They knew what cash revenue really meant. We didn't. So nothing has changed for them (except their shares are worth less), regardless of whether the annual accounts need to be restated (or not). It technically isn't a debt facility with normal debt type covenants. Maybe go and read the asx aware letter response to see what conditions there were in the "sponsorship" agreement, instead of trying to incite fear.
