Labor logic,steven conroy on sky news this morning said that labor when in opposition agreed to the fc policy because he had a signed letter from costello that said if labor agreed to fc policy the coalition would tax trusts? ,and conroy was the opposition minister in control.
So why doesn't labor now just tax trusts?
Answer to many politicians,judges etc rely on trusts to avoid paying tax.
