Yes GST is going to effect their bottom line, but it will also impact all online competitors. If nothing else, Kogan has shown that he understands the online world that that Kogan needs to be more than a one trick pony. Diversification into mobile, NBN, pet insurance and eventually other key verticals will help Kogan retain its relevance, sales, revenue and profitability.
The share drop today is nothing but panic selling. I would be surprised if the share price didn't fully recover over the next couple of months on track to a solid year end. I have help this stock for a while now and bought more at the bell.
I've worked in eCommerce for 21 years and I see long-term value with Kogan. They will recover and more.
