    Zurich are not going to proven anything and this latest ploy isn't relevant as the actions caught under the PRI policy relate to denying access to benefit of the asset itself and the Thai PM unilateral decision to invoke S44 to close all gold mines in Thailand whilst they decided how much more they could skim from foreigners with the new minerals act (ie royalty increases)
