Six notices this year is everyday? Anyway don't be impressed by substantial notices. It's been falling for months on unusually high volume, a clear indicator of overall heavy selling by institutions. And the sellers, having presumably held for some time, presumably know the company much better than newcomers, who are probably just allocating a tiny fraction of their billions to a company they're hoping is good value. Most funds can't even perform as well as the market - the buying could even have been done by some pimply kid with a freshly minted MBA.
