That is how the big boys accumulate. While there is no major news, they bring the price down buying and selling their own shares and mop up anything that follows. Sort of like that game Lemmings. As the share price comes down it triggers daytraders (lemmings) stop gaps and the poor buggers sell their shares on the cheap to the big boys. It is wonderful to watch.
