Why should it worry you, it's a chance to get cheap shares or get a strong institution on the register. Also nobody knows if they need a cap raise, they are earning quite a lot of revenue if you haven't noticed and could possibly turn a profit. Don't listen to those that speak as though they know what they are talking about, it's all speculation.
