What a lod of codswallop! Replacement costs requiring Capex - huh, fibre has a a life of 25-30 years, how old is Vocus??? FWIW Capex is 110M, inc ASC, so abround half of revenue, still leaving a sizable capacity to reduce debt if so desired, which is why the covenants are set the way they are. Debt is not an issue at Vocus in the context of the original post.
