    The SP movement reminds me of a swimmer coming to the surface and having his/her head pushed down - again and again.

    Is it capping?

    Or is it a fair dinkum holder selling a swag but baulking at anything below 2.2c?

    Or is it subtle accumulation?

    There is no need for capping to keep SIs interested for a low CR price as there is no need to raise more money at this stage. Right?
