Yes I think the likelyhood is that this is genuine rapid accumulation too, the why for's could be many but the known facts are positive with the new director purchasing on market.
There seems to be a rush however, competing buyers or interested parties taking a position before any disclosure is required, I don't know.
I just try not to have my blinkers on when invested heavily for me.
