Yes it has - hence my comment, “short of melting down the entire Greenland ice cap” - because that’s the scale of change you’d need to have any significant effect on anything. Even with changes at that scale, I would need some very strong evidence to accept any effect on climate. I’d think the change in weather patterns due to the ice sheet no longer blocking the winds would be orders of magnitude bigger in effect.
It’s common to detect underground ore bodies based on minute differences in gravitational pull as well. Just because it’s measurable doesn’t mean it has any appreciable day-to-day effect.
